toilet leakage downgraded room
The location was good. I could easily reach many attractions.
There was a major issue with the toilet. Urine leaked on the floor. I reported it, and I was moved to a downgraded room, quite inconvenient.

the room was very clean and spacious (i especially liked the layout). the breakfast offered many options, including fresh fruit and pastries. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation.
the coffee machine in the room was a bit complicated to use at first.

the hotel's location is quite convenient, allowing simple access to many attractions. i found the staff were very polite and helpful. this feature certainly. the breakfast was simple, yet it included a substantial variety of gluten-free options.
the ac in my room did not work properly , it became quite hot.

spacious room clean room breakfast buffet shower door disturbance sign water boiler
the room was spacious and clean i had plenty of storage space for my belongings the breakfast buffet offered many options i appreciated the location it was close to many attractions.
the shower door did not close properly i found this inconvenient a staff member knocked and entered my room despite the do not disturb sign this was unsettling the room lacked a water boiler i missed having tea.
